These Healthy Christmas Treats are great for work Christmas lunches, dinner parties with friends, or just for fun in your own house. With sweet and savory options, you’ll have all bases covered!
Refreshing Cucumber Pizzas (Cucumber, Ricotta, Pepperoni, Green Olive)
These are so easy to make, and super yummy! Just sandwich everything together like in the picture with little dollops of ricotta cheese to stick it all together!

Grinch Pops (Grape, Banana, Strawberry, Mini Marshmallow)
This one’s really easy. Just assemble like the picture with a toothpick! To take ALL the guilt away, just omit the marshmallow.

Platter of Fruit and Veg in the Shape of a Christmas Tree
Again, super easy. Try to stick to Christmas colours; celery, broccoli, cauliflower, apple, berries, kiwis and capsicum. Don’t forget to add little decorations and a star!

Mini Cauliflower Pizzas in Christmas Shapes
The picture for these is actually the ones I made. They turned out amazing! Follow any cauliflower pizza recipe for the base (put link in to Guilt Free Game Night Snacks). Line your tray with baking paper and brush with olive oil. This step is really important, the pizzas will stick like no tomorrow if it’s not greased. Then put down your cookie cutters and press some mixture into each one. Lift the cookie cutters up, and gently press out the mixture on to the pan. Finally just cook it like normal!

Merry Christmas!

Wow, the little pizzas look amazing! They sound sooooo good. I think I may even make one for a day to day snack.
