My God this is hard sometimes. Some weeks working out and eating healthy is so easy, and I think to myself that I could do this forever. Then there’s weeks that I just can’t seem to find the motivation! This is one of those weeks. I feel sluggish and tired, and I just don’t want to do anything.
But, I guess this is the time to use those motivational tools I’ve written about previously!
Looking at motivational pictures of fit people, quotes, thinking about my goals. I’ve written before about how my partner and I have a cruise booked for February, and I really want to look good for that. Also, my partner and I just got engaged about 6 weeks ago now, and I’ve got my first appointment to try on dresses in the New Year, and I really don’t want to look like a fat mess in a wedding dress!!
So, today I will practice some of my motivational tools, and I’ll report back tomorrow with my progress!
