A Work Week of Fast and Healthy Breakfasts

For those of you busy guys and gals, a quick and easy breakfast is essential! It’s easy to eat the same thing over and over, but some people want or need variety. So, I’ve thought about, and trialed a whole work week (5 days) of fast and healthy breakfasts!! I’ve even put these into My Fitness Pal for you guys so you can see exactly what you’re getting out of each meal!

Rye Toast, Avocado Feta, and Lemon Juice. Add smoked salmon and baby spinach for extra flavor and protein.

Sugar Free Yogurt and Toasted Muesli – Add some honey if you need it just a little bit sweeter.

Mixed Berries and Cream Smoothie – Make it the night before to save even more time in the morning.

Rye Toast with Natural Peanut Butter and Banana – sprinkle some cacao powder on top for extra flavor.

Toasted Wholegrain English Muffin Sandwiched with Ricotta, Avocado, Rocket, and Tomato – add a poached egg for protein if you’ve got the time!
