Super Simple Healthy Easter Snacks

Today’s post is Super Simple Healthy Easter Snacks! Perfect for parties, kids, and anyone who wants to get into the Easter spirit, but doesn’t want to eat 2 tonnes of chocolate!

The first snack is so easy! Just carrot coins and broccoli arranged into the shape of a carrot! This platter is so fast and easy to make and so easy to transport, it makes the perfect last minute contribution to any Easter gathering! Try serving with a side dish of hummus for dipping.

Next there’s the Fruity Easter Egg! Again, super simple to make, but slightly more time consuming to throw together. Have fun with this one and try to make it as colourful as possible! Nothing screams Easter more than Easter Eggs, and this healthy platter is the perfect addition to any gathering.

These Stuffed Tomato Tulips take Healthy Easter Snacks to another level of class. Simply stuff tomatoes with spinach and fetta, tuna and mayonnaise, or chicken salad, and plate up with spring onions for stems. These tulips make the perfect addition to any morning tea or gathering with a more couture theme. Try using all three fillings for variety!

Finally, these adorable Devilled Egg Chicks are probably my favourite! Simply fill the boiled egg white shells with the yolks mixed with mayonnaise and gently sandwich the top back on. Then use raisins or currents for eyes, and triangles of carrot or rockmelon for the beak! Try using a piping bag to fill the egg whites with the yolk. This will keep it looking tidy!

I hope you all enjoy your Healthy Easter!

  1. An impressive share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing a little analysis on this. And he in fact bought me breakfast because I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thanks for the treat! But yeah Thanks for spending the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If possible, as you become expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more details? It is highly helpful for me. Big thumb up for this blog post!
