I started creating this daily motivation program for myself, and then I thought that maybe some other’s could benefit from it as well, so I decided to share!
I’ve got one week completed, and if it proves to be popular, then I’ll get some more together and posted. So if this is something you’d like to see more of, please let me know in the comments below!
How does it work?
Okay, so there will be a different post (linked below) for every day which you can read through each morning, or the night before. Each day will have:
- 2 Challenges
- 2 Motivational Quotes
- 2 Motivational Pictures
- Some thought provoking questions
What do you need?
All you really need is a journal. At the end of each day, there are some thought provoking questions that you can answer in your journal. This is where you’ll record your progress, write down your thoughts, and keep yourself accountable.
When does it start?
It starts whenever you’re ready to start it! I’ll be starting it on Monday (9 Oct 2017), and if you’d like to do it along with me, great! I’ll be posting on Instagram, so you can see what I’m doing, and if there’s enough interest, perhaps we can start a Facebook group where people can support each other. If this is something you’d like to see, just let me know.
