Alright, in to week 3 of the Bikini Body Guide, and week 4 of the New Year!
I was down another 0.5kg and 0.3% body fat since my last weigh in. Progress has definitely slowed down, but it’s still going in the right direction.
I need to get a LISS (walking) and resistance session in tonight, but I’m feeling good and motivated today, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
Tony, my boyfriend, and I are flying up to the Whitsundays next weekend for 4 days, and seeing as we’ll be spending lots of time on the beach, I want to stay on track so I can feel good when we’re there. Maybe I’ll buy myself a new bikini for it!
I had a massive cheat meal this weekend, like, massive. So I logged it in My Fitness Pal, and made sure I burned at least that many calories that day, so I could break even. I don’t want to eat another cheat meal like that, I was left feeling guilty and gross, it was bad.
